Focus Projects
On this page we present our current Focus Projects. For an overview of former and closed project please visit our Archive (note: the Archive is currently under construktion).
For two semesters, teams of up to eight ETH students develop a product from the initial idea to a reliable prototype of a complex mechatronic system. The projects are interdisciplinary and the ETH-Zurich student teams collaborate with students from other departments and universities.
Based on an innovative project idea, the teams pass through all phases of an industrial product development process. The students work in a realistic industrial environment and deal with all product development related topics: concept, draft, simulation, engineering, production, design and marketing.
