Manuel Biedermann

Manuel Biedermann was born in Ingolstadt, Germany. At the Technical University of Munich (TUM) he studied the bachelor's program in engineering science and did his master in mechanical engineering. During his studies, he focused on the areas of computer-aided engineering, design optimization, fluid dynamics, additive manufacturing, and composite structures. Within his doctoral studies at ETH Zurich, Manuel developed software tools to automate the design creation of additive manufactured parts. In particular, the focus lied on applications in the area of fluidics and process engineering for parts such as multi-flow nozzles and hydraulic manifolds.
