Weiss, Kerrin
Kerrin is a PhD candidate in the Human Behaviour Group. She holds a MSc degree in mechanical engineering from ETH Zurich with a specialization in biomedical engineering and product usability. She studied a semester at Trinity College Dublin and worked for Nokia Paris-Saclay as a participant of the Unitech program.
As the coordinator and main lecturer of the Coaching Innovation-Projects lecture, Kerrin is training future coaches in their role. Additionally she trains / trained coaches: ARIS, ETH Week, Rethinking Waste Summer School, Coaching Students Lecture and teampact.
In 2019 Kerrin was the project lead for the Innovation-Project. In her research she focuses on improving simulation training using technology. She collaborates with different hospitals with the main goal of improving patient safety.
